Lending Tree Mortgage Checkup
Working with Mullen PR in Boston, and Grace & Wild in Detroit, we provided interactive design consultation and extensive Flash programming to create an online Mortgage Checkup calculator for Lending Tree. This calculator accepts input from a user about their current loan and then pulls a feed of current rates via XML files from Lending Tree.
We programmed the application to combine the customer’s input and the feed to calculate what a mortgage payment would be in different scenarios. The data is then graphed and displayed in an interactive format, allowing the user to adjust criteria and see the impact of their decisions on the bottom line.
