Everyone knows that insurance can be complicated. And there's a sea of companies out there claiming to have the right solution for you. LifeSecure was one of those companies, lost among the masses even though they didn't belong there.
LifeSecure is a different kind of insurance company — providing supplemental insurance such as long-term care, hospital indemnity and accident coverage that standard insurance doesn't cover.
LifeSecure asked Octane Design to step in and help give the company the standout identity it craved. We knew right away LifeSecure needed a different voice to separate itself from its competitors in a very crowded marketplace.
After months of research and discovery, we set out to evolve the LifeSecure brand. We worked with their marketing team and C-level executives to rebrand the company and position them differently. We uncovered who they are, what they do and why they do it so they could express that to the world visually and verbally.
We redesigned the company logo, developed the tagline of "See Insurance Differently," created a new visual style, color palette, font treatments and tone of voice — all of which was detailed in a vibrant brand guideline for the company to use internally (yourlifesecure.com/Who-We-Are/Our-Values).
Additionally, we reworked the entire LifeSecure website to better convey the message to their audiences. Using photography, clean navigation and design, and animated SVG files, we helped LifeSecure tell their story differently and set them apart from their competitors.
